What is Sapizm?
Sapizm is, by design, a mish-mash of articles on various topics (Basically whatever the author happens to be passionate about at the time). The idea is for any reader of the site to be able to pick up an article about a whole new topic which they may not necessarily have ever considered an interesting subject, and learn.
Why is Sapizm?
Have you ever browsed the internet and come up short? It's ludicrous. The internet is vast, there are millions of texts, each one containing a portion of the sum of all human knowledge. There is excitement in the simple thirst for knowledge. In enlightening ones self on new subjects previously unknown. By learning something new everyday, you allow yourself to be open to discovering the unfamiliar and letting it become familiar. Why allow your own knowledge to become static? Whilst there is abundance of themed websites, containing a singular motif throughout.There is a lack, in this wondrous place that is known as 'internet', for a place to simply learn of the new. Sapizm attempts to fill the void by allowing various authors, whether they be professionals or hobbyist writers, to create content. To write about their passions, their opinions, their knowledge in a format that is easily accessible to any inquisitive individuals seeking unprecedented knowledge. Though Sapizm is still evolving and is by no means complete, the aims are there (though not necessarily set in stone) and will hopefully take form as the site grows. So, what could this mish-mash style website possibly have to offer in the now and the future of it's life? - Provide a launch pad to knowledge seekers. Primarily a launch pad for anyone to discover new topics and give them enough knowledge to let them do their own research into it. - Give the knowledgeable an avenue to share their wealth. If you have a passion and the knowledge about a subject and want to share it, then go ahead! Introduce people to your topic and share with them what you are rich in.Who is Sapizm?
No-one can know everything, but everyone can know. Sapizm is about giving people the power to share their knowledge with anyone who wants to know.
